If we cancel
You receive a full refund of the ticket price and fees to your original payment method within 14 days, or you may transfer your ticket to a future event.
If we postpone or move the event
Your ticket remains valid for the new date or venue. If you cannot make the new date, request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement.
If you can no longer attend
Tickets can be refunded up to 7 days before the event, minus the service fee. Within 7 days, tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend — contact us with your reference and their name.
Retreats & weekend passes
Because of accommodation and travel partners, retreat passes are refundable up to 30 days before the start date (minus fees), and 50% refundable up to 14 days before. After that they are non-refundable but transferable.
How to request a refund
Email hello@afroqueer.africa with your booking reference. We reply within two working days.
