Tickets

Tickets are issued per person and are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Your confirmation reference must be presented at entry.

Group tickets admit the number of people stated on the ticket and must arrive together.

Age & identification

Most events are 18+. You may be asked for ID to confirm your age. The name on your ID does not need to match the name on your booking.

Entry & conduct

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who breaches our Community Guidelines, behaves in a harmful or discriminatory way, or puts others at risk. No refund is given in these cases.

Changes to events

Line-ups, timings and venues may change for reasons beyond our control. Where a change is significant, our Cancellation & Refund policy applies.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep our events safe. We are not liable for personal belongings, or for losses arising from events outside our control.
